El STASE celebra con gran fiesta el Día del Servidor Público.
El Secretario General del STASE Michel Benítez Uriarte encabezó el gran festejo acompañado, como invitado de honor, del Gobernador de Sinaloa Rubén Rocha Moya.
Culiacán, Sinaloa a 17 de agosto del 2023.- El Sindicato de Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado (STASE) celebró con un alegre festejo y una rifa de grandes regalos el Día del Servidor Público.
El Secretario General del STASE Michel Benítez Uriarte encabezó el gran festejo acompañado, como invitado de honor, del Gobernador de Sinaloa Rubén Rocha Moya.
Los asistentes se dieron cita en el salón de eventos Figlostase, en una celebración muy concurrida en la que reinó la alegría y el compañerismo sindical.
Durante el festejo se realizó la rifa de una casa y dos automóviles entre todos los trabajadores del estado, así como diversos artículos como pantallas de televisión de plasma, aires acondicionados y refrigeradores, y más porque el gobernador amplio la lista de regalos con minisplit, pantallas LED y dinero en efectivo.
El ganador de la casa fue Misael Sánchez Zambada, de ICATSIN.
Angelica Minerva Zarabia Zarabia, del DIF Culiacán, fue la afortunada ganadora de un automóvil.
Mariel Ureta Acosta, del Hospital Pediátrico de Sinaloa, obtuvo también un automóvil.
Michel Benítez Uriarte, Secretario General del STASE, dio la bienvenida y felicitó a todas y todos los trabajadores festejados como servidores públicos.
“Este es un día especial para reconocer el esfuerzo y el compromiso de todas y todos ustedes, los servidores públicos, pilar fundamental del servicio público. Porque ustedes al servir y brindar atención a la ciudadanía, al cumplir con empeño y calidad su trabajo, tienen la fuerza de la transformación de nuestro estado en sus manos”, afirmó.
“El Sindicato de Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado de Sinaloa –agregó- es un gran sindicato. El STASE es grande por la calidad humana, profesional y técnica de todos y cada uno de ustedes como servidores públicos”.
El gobernador del estado Rubén Rocha Moya felicitó al personal del Gobierno del Estado en el Día del Servidor Público, destacando el compromiso, el entusiasmo y el esfuerzo diario de las y los servidores públicos para el bienestar de la ciudadanía y la transformación positiva de Sinaloa.
Compartió el mensaje del dirigente del STASE al reconocer que el capital más valioso de Gobierno del Estado de Sinaloa son sus trabajadores, sus servidores públicos.
Ambos puntualizaron que el eje fundamental para lograr el éxito en la enorme responsabilidad que implica velar por el bienestar de los sinaloenses son las y los servidores públicos.
Durante los mensajes de los oradores se escucharon aplausos, para el dirigente sindical y el gobernador, así como para los agraciados trabajadores ganadores de los premios de las rifas que se llevaron a cabo en el marco de esta gran fiesta, una de las más grandes que se hayan organizado en la historia del STASE.
La fiesta fue amenizada por los Intocables del Norte.
La 65 Legislatura reconocerá la labor y contribución de mujeres sinaloenses en el desarrollo rural con un estímulo económico y medalla conmemorativa.
Culiacán, Sinaloa, a 14 de octubre de 2025. – La Junta de Coordinación Política del Congreso del Estado de Sinaloa, junto con las Comisiones Permanentes de Asuntos Agropecuarios y de Igualdad, Género, Diversidad Sexual e Inclusión, se constituyeron este martes como Jurado del Premio a la Mujer Rural Sinaloense 2025.
La diputada María Teresa Guerra Ochoa, presidenta de la JUCOPO, encabezó la instalación del Jurado y recordó que desde la creación del premio no se contemplaba un estímulo económico, el cual fue añadido por la 65 Legislatura desde la edición 2024.
Durante el acto se informó que se recibieron 11 candidaturas, de las cuales dos fueron autopropuestas y el resto fueron presentadas por diversas asociaciones. Tras la instalación, la diputada Guerra entregó los expedientes de cada candidata y propuso reunirse el martes 21 de octubre al final de la Sesión Ordinaria para deliberar y definir a la ganadora. La resolución del Jurado será definitiva e inatacable.
Se informó que la entrega del Premio se realizará el 29 de octubre en una Sesión Solemne. La presidenta de la JUCOPO resaltó que el objetivo del Premio es visibilizar y reconocer la labor de las mujeres rurales, un sector que requiere mayor apoyo y fortalecimiento en políticas públicas.
El Premio a la Mujer Rural Sinaloense consiste en un diploma alusivo, una medalla que lleva en un lado el Escudo de Sinaloa y en el otro el Escudo del Congreso del Estado, así como un estímulo económico de 35 mil pesos. Este reconocimiento se otorga a mujeres que nacieron en entornos rurales de Sinaloa o que han mantenido vinculación con su lugar de origen, y cuyos logros han trascendido incluso en ámbitos urbanos.

DIF Sinaloa y Fundación Telmex-Telcel entregan 700 auxiliares auditivos en beneficio de niños, adolescentes y adultos
Con el programa de auxiliares auditivos digitales, 650 personas de 13 municipios recuperan su audición y mejoran su calidad de vida.
Culiacán, Sinaloa, a 14 de octubre de 2025. – En un esfuerzo coordinado entre el Sistema DIF Sinaloa y Fundación Telmex-Telcel, la presidenta del DIF Estatal, Dra. Eneyda Rocha Ruiz, encabezó la entrega de 700 auxiliares auditivos digitales, con el objetivo de devolver la audición a niñas, niños, adolescentes y adultos con discapacidad auditiva, mejorando su integración en ámbitos escolares, laborales y sociales.
Durante la jornada, que se realiza del 6 al 17 de octubre, se atendieron 650 beneficiarios provenientes de los municipios de Ahome, El Fuerte, Guasave, Sinaloa Municipio, Angostura, Salvador Alvarado, Mocorito, Navolato, Elota, Rosario, Choix, Culiacán y Escuinapa. Además, se habilitó una cocina móvil para ofrecer alimento a quienes esperaban su atención.
“Se atenderán niños, adolescentes y personas adultas de 13 municipios, junto con Fundación Telmex-Telcel y con el Estado. Esto permite construir bienestar para las familias que tienen integrantes con discapacidad auditiva”, destacó la Dra. Eneyda Rocha Ruiz durante el recorrido por la jornada.
El director operativo de Fundación Telmex-Telcel, Lic. Fausto Cota Chirino, señaló que este apoyo representa un beneficio significativo para los usuarios y sus familias, ya que regresarles la audición es más que un privilegio. Por su parte, el audiólogo del CREE, Dr. Rubén Antonio Reynaga, indicó que los auxiliares se entregan de manera directa a las familias, cumpliendo con el compromiso del gobierno estatal de brindar atención a quienes más lo necesitan.
De los 700 auxiliares auditivos entregados, 400 fueron adquiridos con recursos del programa Ramo 33 destinados a grupos prioritarios con discapacidad, 200 a través del convenio con Fundación Telmex, y 100 con presupuesto estatal. Desde 2022, 2,271 personas en Sinaloa han recuperado su audición gracias a esta colaboración.
En el evento también estuvieron presentes la Lic. Ma Mercedes Ibarra Medina, directora de DIF Sinaloa; Lic. Katia Rivera Obledo, directora de Rehabilitación y Medicina Social; Lic. Militza Soto Aguilar, jefa de Apoyos Funcionales, y personal de Fundación Telmex-Telcel, acompañando a la presidenta en la entrega de los auxiliares auditivos.
El Gobierno Municipal da banderazo de inicio para la mejora de la planta potabilizadora y la construcción de líneas de agua entubada en beneficio de la comunidad.
San Jorge, Mocorito, Sinaloa, a 14 de octubre de 2025. – Con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes, el Gobierno Municipal de Mocorito, encabezado por el alcalde Enrique Parra Melecio, dio esta mañana el banderazo de inicio para la rehabilitación de la planta potabilizadora y la construcción del sistema de agua entubada en la comunidad de San Jorge, sindicatura de Melchor Ocampo.
La primera etapa de la obra contempla la rehabilitación de la planta potabilizadora de Melchor Ocampo, que abastece las líneas de conducción hacia San Jorge, la rehabilitación del tanque existente en la comunidad y la instalación de una nueva línea de conducción de 520 metros de tubería. El presupuesto destinado para esta etapa asciende a 926 mil 517 pesos.
Durante el evento, el Presidente Municipal destacó que anteriormente el agua que llegaba a los hogares presentaba problemas de calidad, generando capas de tierra que impedían su uso cotidiano. Por ello, señaló que el abasto de agua potable es una prioridad de su administración y que cuenta con el respaldo del gobernador Rubén Rocha Moya para atender la necesidad de la población.
“Con mucho gusto y anhelo venimos a atender el tema del agua potable aquí en San Jorge, es un grave problema no tener agua en nuestras viviendas y ahora que tenemos la posibilidad de resolver esta situación lo hacemos con todo el gusto del mundo”, afirmó Parra Melecio.
A nombre de los beneficiarios, Karla Guadalupe Arias Rubio agradeció la obra y expresó que será de gran beneficio para toda la comunidad.
“Damos las gracias al Presidente Municipal por tomarnos en cuenta y por hacer realidad esta obra tan anhelada por todos nosotros, la habremos de cuidar por el bien de todas las familias que aquí vivimos”, dijo.
Durante el evento se indicó que se dejará lista la preparación para una segunda etapa de la obra, que incluirá la instalación de todas las tomas de agua faltantes y un segundo tanque en la planta potabilizadora, con el objetivo de abastecer a toda la población de San Jorge.
